Have you ever eaten pasta that it is simple and at the same time so delicious? Well, I have experienced it. I am going to share my opinion about this amazing dish with an inexpressible taste.
Malfatti, which means poorly made, is a type of pasta prepared with ricotta cheese and spinach. This is the most common way of preparing it, but there are also many other ingredients that can be added instead of just spinach.
Last week, I went to one of my favorite pasta restaurants called “Trattoria Don Vito,” which is located by the block number 8 of Benavides Avenue. This restaurant has the best Malfatti that I have ever tried . On that day, I ordered ricotta cheese and salmon Malfatti, delicious ! By the way, if you don’t like salmon, you can also get other types of Malfatti’s, which are as good as the one I have ordered.
Commonly, dessert at other restaurants makes the end of the dinner, but when you order a dessert at Don Vito’s restaurant, its ridiculous taste makes a start of a whole new conversation. Their most popular dessert has to be crepe suzette. They make it in front of your table, giving the people an entertaining show and an unbeatable dessert !!!
In overall, their entire menu is excellent and delicious. All their food is highly well prepared. Their service is quick and very efficient. The local is beautiful and rustically decorated. The environment has a relaxing background music, which I loved. However, the only thing they could improve is the payment method because sometimes it takes a while to receive the bill. Therefore, they could add a more efficient system like Micros.
I really have nothing else to say rather than WHAT A GOOD RESTAURANT. I recommend it 100% !!!
