Imagine eating green rice with a tender duck… interesting right? Well, Peruvian food has transformed the traditional chicken & rice into a delicious duck & rice dish.
If you want to eat the best duck & rice dish in all Lima, you would have to go to the restaurant “FIESTA”. They serve it – as you can see in the picture – in an individual small pot. This is because they want to maintain it hot.
Furthermore, this restaurant also has one of the best ceviche I’ve ever tried. What makes this ceviche so special is the way it is served. First, they bring you a plate of raw fresh fish cut into cubes. Then, a waiter comes with a mini jug filled with spicy lime juice and pours the juice over the raw fish. Finally, you have the perfect ceviche!
“FIESTA GOURMET RESTAURANT” is located in Miraflores nearby the “bajada de Armendariz”. All their food is very tasty. I liked almost everything about this restaurant. However, they have this huge menus, like 20 x 15 cm, which I personally don’t like that much but I think that they have them since it is a trendy thing.
